Report a problem.

Tell us what went wrong, add x4u's log, and this page puts it together as one message to send on Patreon. It all happens in your browser: nothing is sent anywhere until you send it yourself.

1What happened

2Add the log

x4u writes down what it does in a file called x4u.log. Settings → About shows the folder it's in. The log can be large, so this page keeps only the useful part: x4u's warnings and errors, how it started, and what it was doing last.

Paste the log instead
Your videos' names become [video].mp4.

3Send it

Read it over, copy it, and send it to Creat1veB1te in a message on Patreon. If it's long, it's split into parts to send one after another.

What you type here is kept in this browser until you start again, in case you close the page. The log isn't kept.
