Markers, a Handy, subtitles, compilations and starting at sign-in.
Markers from ThePornDB
ThePornDB has marked where each position starts in many studios' scenes. Make an account at theporndb.net, create an API token there, and paste it into Settings → ThePornDB markers. x4u adds its markers to the videos it recognises, beside your own.
A Handy that moves with your videos
Put a funscript beside its video with the same name (video.mp4 and video.funscript). Then connect your Handy in Settings → Toys: switch it on, put it in Wi-Fi mode (its light turns purple), and paste its connection key from the Handy's app. It follows any video with a script, on the computer, a phone or a headset.
Subtitles
Put a subtitle file beside its video with the same name: video.srt or video.vtt. A language in the name (video.en.srt) labels it in the player.
Splitting compilations into scenes
On a compilation's page, Find scenes looks for where each one starts, and each becomes a scene of its own with its own cover and preview. See Splitting compilations.
Starting x4u when you sign in
Turn it on in Settings → Starting x4u, and your library is always ready, on the computer and every device.
